Old Guard Riders is a legally constituted corporation whose objective is to engage in activities of public interest without regard for commercial or monetary profit. |

The MISSION of the Chartered Chapters of Old Guard
Riders Inc. is two fold:
To support the mission of Old Guard Riders
Inc. Corporate through fundraising and public awareness.
To initiate, sponsor, promote, coordinate, conduct and
support local projects, activities and programs which honor and assist
America's veterans and their families nationwide.

Old Guard Riders Chapters provide local assistance As a local veterans assistance organization, Old Guard Riders' chartered chapters:
While Old Guard Riders Inc. chapters do not have 501C3 status, chapters can engage in activities which raise non tax-exempt funds, which the individual chapter can then use to fund their own projects, missions and events as they see appropriate.

Old Guard Riders Chapters within the community Old Guard Riders Inc., working through a network of chapters, participate in public events in order to provide public awareness and financial support for veterans and their families in need. Whether on foot, horseback, motorcycle, ATV, antique auto or other medium, members proudly display the Old Guard Riders Inc. logo at public events across the nation and internationally to promote veterans issues and raise money to assist aging, homeless, physically challenged and disadvantaged veterans and their families with essential human needs. Public events include such things as parades, military funerals, car shows, motorcycle rallies, gun shows, sports events, swap meets, historical events, military activities (where appropriate), rodeos, etc. Public visibility is largely a matter of creativity and opportunity. Old Guard Riders is constantly recruiting qualified volunteers to assist at every level of the organization.
