Old Guard Riders promotes and encourages an atmosphere of camaraderie among its members that bonds its members together in a unity and friendship that supersedes the casual friendships of the leisure riding association. We are family and a team.

As members of the Old Guard Riders:

  •  we maintain our focus on the purpose of our mission and we do not let politics, personal egos or other petty influences interfere with our efforts to accomplish the mission.

  • we do not wait for the needs of those we serve to come to us, we actively strive to anticipate those needs and be prepared to provide for those needs as they arise.

  • we do not ride strictly for our own pleasure. We ride to honor those who have given so much and to whom honor is due, and in many cases, those to whom honor is long overdue.

The Old Guard Riders asks its members to make a commitment to the organization, its mission and its fellow members. This is NOT a casual riding group. There are plenty of those already out there.

Old Guard Riders asks it members to be willing to give of their time, their money and their talents to accomplish the mission of the organization.

"Service to others is not convenient. It does not come when we choose. It comes when someone else desperately needs it."
